Eagle Environmental Group LLC (Eagle) of Tulsa, Oklahoma has combined the assets of Duncan, OK based Orr Enterprises, Inc (Orr), and two other significant acquisitions in the Oilfield Service space, into Orr Energy Services, LLC (“OES”). With this combination, OES is now the largest well plugging company in the mid-continent region. They are specifically specializing in decommissioning legacy energy infrastructure assets.
The Combined operations will continue out of their yards in Duncan and Enid, OK, as well as Perryton, TX and Hobbs, NM.
